By using the PinkToyz service, you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions outlined here. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
1) All sex toys must be used in accordance with their instructions and safety guidelines, as provided by PinkToyz or its affiliates. Failure to follow safety guidelines could result in injury or damage, for which PinkToyz cannot be held responsible.
2) All sex toys must be purchased through PinkToyz or an approved affiliate website. We reserve the right to refuse sales from any third-party vendors not approved by us.
3) No sex toy should be used if it appears damaged or defective in any way. If this occurs, please contact us immediately for assistance.
4) Delivery times may vary based on the location and availability of sex toys, so please allow up to 14 days for your sex toy order to arrive.
5) In some cases, we may need additional information before processing your order; if this is required, we will contact you directly via email or phone call within one business day of processing your order request.
6) We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that the sex toy(s) are returned in their original condition with no signs of wear or damage. Please refer to our Refund/Exchange Policy for more details on initiating a return/exchange process with us.
7) Unless otherwise stated in our Refund/Exchange Policy or product descriptions, all sex toys sold by PinkToyz come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturer defects that may arise during normal use of the sex toy(s). For this warranty to remain valid, proof of purchase must be provided at the time of the return/exchange request initiation process.
8) Any customer data collected via PinkToyz is solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing customer care services; under no circumstances will this data be shared or sold without explicit permission from customers themselves first being obtained via opt-in methods only (e-mail subscriptions etc.). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details on how we collect & protect customer data.
9) The customer is solely responsible for all taxes applicable when purchasing sex toys from PinkToyz—this includes but is not limited to state/provincial taxes, federal taxes, international customs duties & fees, etc.—and agrees that if found liable, any amounts due shall become immediately payable upon demand from PinkToyz at any time after purchase has been made (including after product delivery). Failure to pay these amounts when due shall result in immediate suspension/termination of service(s), including but not limited to; account access rights & product warranties associated with the said account(s).
10) In some cases, it may become necessary for customers to provide identification before completing a purchase transaction; if this occurs, then please provide one form each corresponding government-issued photo ID & proof of residence (utility bill, etc.) via scanned image upload only when prompted by us—all documents submitted must clearly show all pertinent details requested without obstruction preventing proper verification by us before approvals can take place; failure comply with these requirements can result in delivery delays up fourteen (14) business days while we investigate further into matter before completion processing can begin again so make sure have these items ready hand beforehand whenever possible avoid such occurrences altogether when shopping online through us!
