Exchange Policy

Overview

At PinkToyz, we care a great deal about the health and safety of our customers. Once an item leaves our warehouse, it will be considered used and cannot be returned. However, we can exchange a product if it is defective. Our replacement window is open for 180 days from the purchase date. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Defective Items – Consumer Protection Program

If you received a damaged or defective item or find your product defective while using it, you have 180 days from the purchase date to contact us at [email protected] and let us know about the issue. The email must include your order number or confirmation number and a description of the problem. We will reply via email with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and further instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive the item and confirm it is defective, we will promptly ship a new replacement to you at no charge.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.

Exchanges

For health and safety reasons, we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is damaged or defective, please email us at [email protected] within 180 days of the original purchase date to request an exchange for a replacement.

Shipping Returns

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost when exchanging a defective product. The arrival time at our warehouse may vary depending on your location. We cannot nor do we guarantee that we will receive your item. For higher-value items, you may consider purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any exchanged item must have all original parts and packaging.

Canceling an Order

There is no way to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted, including changing the shipping address. If there is an error in the address, the package will most likely be returned to our warehouse. Returned packages can’t be shipped back out and the cost of the order will be refunded to the original method of payment, minus a 10% restocking fee.
