What if my toy is not working?

We’re sorry you’re having trouble with your new toy! We recommend you try these tips:

  • Check your batteries. Make sure the batteries are inserted right and there is no plastic disk between the connection and the battery (this is placed to prevent the toy from turning on during transit). Also, some toys might drain batteries even while not in use. To avoid this, take the batteries out when not using your toy. 
  • If your toy is rechargeable, ensure you charge it for the recommended time.

What are the delivery costs?

There are many different delivery options available for you to choose from. We offer free shipping for registered users on orders $68+ (before tax and after the coupon code is applied). Otherwise, standard shipping is $9.99. Expedited shipping is $19.99, and second-day shipping is $29.99. 

When placing your order, you will always be able to see all the delivery options and costs before completing it.

We deliver exclusively in the US.

What happens if I'm not home when my order arrives?

If you're not home when your package is delivered, and the mail person cannot leave the parcel in a safe place, you will receive an email explaining the next steps or a card through the letterbox. If your parcel is sent to a local delivery office, then that will be held for 10 days before being returned to us. When picking up your order, don't forget to take the delivery notification and some photo ID registered to your delivery address.
