Our delivery providers offer order tracking as standard. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive information via email on how to track your order.

How do I return an item?

For health and safety reasons, we cannot return or exchange purchased toys and products unless they are defective.

What are my shipping options?

We offer free standard shipping on orders $60+ (before tax and after the coupon code is applied).

  • Standard shipping: $9.99. Delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: $19.99. Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Second-day shipping: $29.99. Delivery: 2 business days

What if my toy is not working?

We're sorry you're having trouble with your new toy! We recommend you try these tips:

  • Check your batteries. Make sure the batteries are inserted right and there is no plastic disk between the connection and the battery (this is placed to prevent the toy from turning on during transit). Also, some toys might drain batteries even while not in use. To avoid this, take the batteries out when not using your toy.
  • If your toy is rechargeable, ensure you charge it for the recommended time.
