This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how PinkToyz ships orders, what delivery options are available, and how shipping costs are calculated. It is part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all orders placed on our site.
Always Discreet Shipping and Billing
Your privacy is important to us. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. Nothing on the outside of the package reveals what is inside, so your order stays private from checkout to delivery.
For additional discretion:
- The sender on the shipping label will appear as Dash Packaging Inc.
- On your bank statement, charges will also appear under Dash Packaging Inc.
Your purchase remains private from start to finish.
Shipping and Delivery Options
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Some orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers who manage our inventory and handle shipping on our behalf.
Free Shipping Rules
Free shipping is based on the order subtotal after discounts are applied and before tax is added. The table below shows how the rule is applied.

Oversized Items and Delivery Timing
Oversized or heavyweight items may need a custom shipping quote. If that applies to your order, we’ll email you the quote before processing the order.
Please note:
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Delivery times are estimates. If there is a delay, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Order Updates and Delivery Delays
If your delivery is delayed, we’ll email you with an updated estimated delivery date as soon as we have more information.
