People have used enemas medicinally, but they can be used for fun as well! If you've got a hot date and you intend to let them get deep, deep inside your derriere, an enema is a perfect way to ensure cleanliness! Make sure to allow yourself plenty of time to fully evacuate all the fluid inside after filling yourself up. It can take several trips to the toilet to allow it all to come out.
